Financial Services Compensation Scheme
Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) is the compensation fund of last resort for customers of authorised financial services firms. If a firm becomes insolvent or ceases trading the FSCS may be able to pay compensation to its customers.
This involved working with FSCS to produce consumer-facing communications, giving details about how the compensation scheme works and advice on how to apply for the scheme.
